Eligibility

Participants must be 21+ years old to receive Michelada products, or 18+ years old for Chamoy Gummies & Rim Dressings.

This program is open to U.S. residents only.

Video Submission Guidelines

Video must be 30 seconds in length.

Product must be clearly shown on camera.

A short spoken review must be included in the video.

Purchase & Reimbursement

Only one product purchase is required to participate.

Participants will be reimbursed for the purchased product only after their video submission has been reviewed and approved.

Not all video submissions will be accepted. Purchase alone does not guarantee eligibility or compensation.

Selection Process & Limitations

This offer is limited to the best 25 videos from participants who complete all steps correctly and are approved.

Submission does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to deny or disqualify any submission that does not meet the criteria or quality standards.

Final eligibility is subject to review and approval by our internal team. All decisions are final and not subject to dispute.

Video Rights & Usage

By submitting a video, participants grant Cinco De Mayo and its affiliates full rights and permission to use the content across all platforms, including but not limited to:

Website

Social media

Digital and print advertising

Future promotions or campaigns

Participants agree that no further compensation, credit, royalties, or permissions will be required for future use of their submitted content.

Ownership & Legal Use

All submitted content becomes the property of Cinco De Mayo Brands.

By submitting your video, you certify that:

You are the original creator of the content.

You are not infringing on any third-party rights.

You are voluntarily submitting this content with no expectation of additional compensation or legal recourse.

Program Deadline

Submissions must be received by the deadline provided upon acceptance into the program. Late submissions will not be considered.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above.
